CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The man who spoke out for U.S. airline pilots has decided to sue the union he once represented.
Mike Cleary worked as a union president for almost four years. When Cleary was preparing to leave, the pilots’ association refused to pay him for more than 100 days of vacation he earned. Cleary's attorney, Josh Van Kampen, filed the lawsuit.
